Customer pick up program for rentals in Holyoke MA!

Rules and Regulations for Customer Pick Up Program

◙ If the unit is available, Friday pick ups will happen between 6-8pm.

◙ If a Friday pick up is not possible, the pick up times for Saturday are between 8am-10am.

◙ All units must be dropped off by 8am on Sunday morning. If rental is not dropped off by 8am, customer will be charged another full day rental (delivery price) plus a $200 inconvenience fee.
Please understand that the unit you are renting might be rented out on Sunday and if it is not
returned on time, we would not have the unit for the person renting it on Sunday.

◙ $75 cleaning fee if the unit is not returned in the condition it was rented in.

◙ $25 re-rolling fee: if the unit does not fit into the bag we provide, customer will be
charged a $25 re-rolling fee.

◙ Customer must be able to lift 150 lbs. for pick ups. There will be one person at the office to help
with pick ups, but we cannot guarantee that someone will be there upon drop off of unit.

◙ Accepted Vehicles for pick ups: Mini Van with ALL back seats folded down is acceptable for regular bounce houses ONLY! Pick up truck OR trailer for all other pick up items.

◙ We will write down the customers drivers license and license plate number for every pick up.
